How to Initiate a Return

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong gemstone, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing and product photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
